I have a rare note which was issued by Japanese Government to promise to pay 10 US $(Note pertains to World War II period). If i want to sell it, how much would it fetch me. Please let me know.

Doesn't sound right for a WW2 era note to pay in US currency?
Do you have a photo of it?
Anycayse like all currency collectors no matter what country, it would really depend on the condition of the bill, is it well preserved or is it obviously used and in bad shape.
