What's the name of that cartoon?

It was a giant robot cartoon I watched when I was kid. There were three robots, one yellow, one red, and one blue. They combined in different combinations for different functions. Can anyone help?

it was Voltron? I think there were more than 3 though, maybe 5, and all different colours.
