itinerary--is this okay?

hi! i am an international student here in Japan. after my classes end this December, I plan to travel down south.

From Dec. 20 to 22 I plan to take this packaged tour by Sunrise Tours which goes to the following places: Mt. Fuji, Hakone, Nara and Kyoto. The price is 66,900 yen with shinkansen, hotel and 2 sets of lunch. Here is the site:

Is this price worth it or is it too expensive? Could any of you suggest additional options for me?

Since the trip disbands in Kyoto, any suggestions how can I go to Osaka? I heard there is a train but I do not have any idea.

For Dec. 23, I plan to visit Universal Studios

For Dec. 24, I plan to tour Osaka City. Any suggestion for my very short stay in Osaka? What are the major places to see and things to do in Osaka for a day? What is the easiest way to get around Osaka?

Dec. 24 Night time, I plan to take the night bus to Tokyo because it is cheaper.

Is this price worth it or is it too expensive?

You could do it cheaper yourself if you wanted to. However, if you prefer the comfort of somebody putting together your schedule, it can be worth the price.
