The new H&M is probably the one in Ginza 7 chome- I don't think any others have opened yet. Yes, there is one just up the road back towards Ginza station, on the same side as H&M I believe. Ginza 7 chome is becoming the "reasonably priced clothes" area of Ginza because there is a Uniqlo there as well.
