Obirin Study Abroad?

Howdy everyone.
I've been looking at as many study abroad opportunities and programs in (or around) Tokyo (I do specifically wish to study there) and from the way it seems I think Obirin has the best program considering my school has few exchange programs in Japan and they are not around Tokyo. My question is does anyone have any experience with J.F. Oberlin (Obirin) University in Machida? Whether if they graduated there or they had a study abroad there at one point? Thanks!

Why specifically Tokyo? other places, The Kansai for example, are just as vibrant and interesting in every way. I studied/ worked in several countries in Europe and also in the USA and big towns other than the major city were very interesting.
