I am spending a night at Rinku Town. What I can do there at night for a family with 2 children?

2 mid-size(by Japanese standard) shopping centres are available just by JR Rinku Town station.
One is "Seacle", the other is "Rinku Papillio". At Seacle, there seems to be a ferrywheel.
Also, Rinku Park(a public park) is open. You can walk there and see the jets taking off from KIX :)
