does anyone know where i can get health foods in the osaka area?
one thing i'm really having problem finding is a whole grain bread...

I managed to find whole wheat bread at my local supermarket. PASCO (which I think is a national breadmaking brand) offers it. Here's the website for the product, I hope it works.

I looked so hard for whole wheat bread at first too.

Kate, whole grain bread is available at most major bakeries, but if you're looking for something more genuine with organic material, ask for "shizen-shokuhin-ten (natural food stores)".
