My roommate and I are planning a 20-day trip to Japan in December and would like to know whether or not our itinerary is doable.
Day 01 - Arrival day, Overnight in Yokohama
Day 02 - From Yokohama to Kyoto, overnight in Kyoto
Day 03 - Kyoto
Day 04 - Osaka, Nara, overnight in Kyoto
Day 05 - Hiroshima, Miyajima, overnight in Kyoto
Day 06 - Kobe, overnight in Kyoto
Day 07 - From Kyoto to Shirahama, overnight in Shirahama
Day 08 - Nachi, overnight in Shirahama
Day 09 - From Shirahama to Fukuoka, overnight in Fukuoka
Day 10 - Beppu, overnight in Fukuoka
Day 11 - Return to Yokohama
Day 12 - Yuzawa
Day 13 - Disneyland
Day 14 - Disney Sea
Day 15 - From Yokohama to Kawaguchiko, overnight in Tsuru
Day 16 - Tsuru [hometown]
Day 17 - Tsuru [hometown]
Day 18 - Tokyo
Day 19 - Tokyo
Day 20 - Departure

It is a busy, intensive, fast paced itinerary, but it looks doable to me if you like to travel at a fast pace and are an energetic person, who does not get tired easily.
