I have been using hotmail for the longest time and recently, they changed the format of hotmail. I was wondering, even if hotmail's format and display changed, I will still be able to email my friend's phone in japan right? And my friend will still be able to receive my email right?
I just want to make sure ^^"

You will have no problems. It is just the inerface of hotmail which has changed (which I think is worse now and seems harder to use!).
