I'm going to Sapporo shortly and my return flight is very early in the morning. Can someone tell me roughly how much a taxi between Sapporo city center and New Chitose airport will cost so I can budget for it?

If your flight departs after 7:30, you can catch it by taking the first train from Sapporo, which departs Sapporo Station at 6:00 and arrives at Shin-Chitose Airport at 6:48. Check-in is possible until 15-20 minutes before departure.
A taxi would be rather expensive at around 12,500 to 15,000 yen, I estimate.
