what do you call this small item that is available in 100 yen shop. this is for cold season, you just put it in your pocket and you'll be heated up. its a small plastic and smaller than your palm. tnx!

Possibly you are talking about kairo. The outer packaging is plastic but you take that off to start the heating process. The inside is more papery. You mean the ones that eventually lose their heat and can be thrown away, right?
