Is there any meaning of word naiyo/nayio/naio/nayo in Japanesse? I know only how the word sounds, that's why I wrote 4 variants, but may be there are more...? The closes one, for me, is ''naiyo'' or ''nayio''. And if it is a name of a person - what could be the maeaning?
Thank you for answers in advance!

Giving us the context where you heard/saw the word would help. "Naiyou" (内容) means "contents".
Also if you ask a friend a question like "Is there a 100 yen shop around here?" the answer might be "Nai yo" (no, there isn't),
"Nayio" and similar aren't possible as Japanese words as there is no "yi" in Japanese.
I have never heard of "Naiyo" or anything like it as a name, first or last.
