I went to a library in my school andI have been surfing on the internet and found some information about it. However, they didn't dig down the information that well. Can anyone help me find a good site about this festival or any books?

Can someone advise me when is the exact date for Kanamara Matsuri (in Kawasaki) in 2008 (late Mar or early April 2008) ? I am keen to go.

Duane, that was the dates for 2007. The festival is on the first Sunday in April. This year it would be April 6th.
