Cycling on Ishigaki or Iriomote

I am hoping to take my road bike down there next month. I heard the islands are great for water-related activities like snorkeling and canoeing, etc. But any thoughts on cycling on those islands?

I think the islands would be very nice for cycling. On Iriomote, you won't have much choices, as there is only a single coastal road. Ishigaki has some major and lots of minor roads. I imagine it to be very pleasant, especially during the cooler months of the year.
