What is the cheapest and most efficient way to get from Narita airport to Monterey Ginza Hotel

The cheapest way is to take the Keisei limited express from the airport to Aoto and transfer to the Asakusa Subway Line, which brings you to Ginza. The hotel is located half way between Higashi-Ginza Station and Takaracho Station.

Less than 10 meters across the platform. By the way, the "Asakusa Subway Line" is also known as "Keisei Oshiage Line" at Aoto Station.
