I know that "I must get up at 3:00" is "San ji ni okinakereba narimasen" but how would you say something like, "Since I must get up at 3:00, I must go to bed at 10:00"? I'm really stuck on this one. Thanks!

San ji ni okinakereba naranai node jyu ji ni nenakereba narimasen.
