Can any one clear my doubt please

One of my friend who is a Filipino married a japan national to work there and paying $500 per month to japan national.But they both not living together and they are in different cities. if immigration knows about this, will the immigration send back her to Filipino?? or what kind of documents she needs to show to the immigration.

So she is currently in Japan on a spouse visa? If this is the case then if immigration finds out she will be deported back to the Philippines, and the man will likely be jailed. There were many recent case like this concerning hostesses.

When I applied for my spouse visa I had to submit official papers to prove we are living together.
