Mt Fuji 5th station during winter

I am planning to go Mt Fuji 5 th station on the end of January 09. Is it accessable during this time?? thank you.

Currently it seems the bus is able to reach 4th station is accessible, because of freezed condition. I am not an expert of Mt.Fuji, just checked some websites.
In January they drive from 9:00 to 17:00. And they can only get 2nd or 4th station occasionaly in winter.

Depending on the road condition, the road might not be open all the way to the 5th Station, but only to the 4th or 1st Station, etc. The risk of the road not being entirely open is rather high during January.

Note also that there is no regular bus service along the road during winter. But some bus tours from Tokyo do go there when road conditions allow.
