it was some time in 2003 that i saw this band on HEY HEY HEY music champ. I don't remember their name, so I'll describe them and if anyone knows who they are please tell me. They have costumes that look like anime characters. the singer had long spiked bleached blonde hair. the bass played was wearing some kind of dress thing. the drummer had silver long hair. They were rock/punk sounding. that's all i can remember. I kind of think they had a long name too.

That's the band I was thinking of! Thanks a lot. I just read the history of the band and that's pretty crazy about the lead singer.
