Hello:
Always wondered why in Japan they have only so few TV channels to watch?

In America there's like over
100 channels to choose from!
Which some of course are just unnecessary!

Also I've searched for the cool chime from the Nagoya TV tower at night and can't find it. Would someone have it?
It's a cool sound!

Thank you

Hundreads of TV channels is supported by cable TV network.
While cable TV is very popular in America, it is not so popular in Japan compared to the situation in America.

However, in almost any place in Japan there are cable TV providers,
so you can subscribe to them and get access to many channels, although it might be fewer than those offered in America.

Another option is to set up satellite antenna dish and subscribe to Sky!PerfecTV.
This would do too.
