Where and how can I get to the sleeping Buddha statue in Fukuoka? I only know that the train line must be taken from Hakata.

That is Nanzoin temple at Sasaguri Town.
Take JR Sasaguri line from Hakata, and get of at Kido-Nanzoin-Mae(城戸南蔵院前). It takes 20mins and 360Yen.
