Does anyone know how I can get to yachiyodai staion from Tokyo narita airport unsing the keisei line? I'm arriving in Tokyo on Saturday around 3:30pm. Do I have transfer station or will it take me directly to Yachiyodai?

Yes, there are direct train connections by Keisei Limited Express every 20 minutes:
