How can I get japanese font on my pc?

I want japanese language font on my pc. As i visited Japan and lived there for 2 years. So, i am intrested in getting japanese font. Please will you help me?

It all depends on what kind os pc you have. Mine is a Mac and all I have to do is to go to Word and change font to "Osaka" which is the standard Japanese.
