Haircut for a guy in Japan

I am growing out my hair with hopes to get a new hair style. When I was in the US I would go to a salon and talk to the stylist on what she thinks would look best. Do you know any places in the yokohama/yokosuka area that speak english? If they can't speak english, do you think if I bring a picture of what I'm looking for they will work with me? I just want to make sure I receive a good hair cut. I'm tired of my hair getting butchered on base. Any help is greatly appreciated!!!

As they say, "A picture is worth a thousand words," so bring a picture whether or not they can speak English. I think a picture would be sufficient anywhere. Just say, "Kono youni." ("Like this.")
