Pronunciation

一、誠の道を守ること
一、努力の精神を養うこと
一、礼儀を重んずること
一、血気の勇を戒むること

You certainly can imagine, how horribly wrong we are pronunciating these words of oath in our DOJO in the town Koper, Republic Slovenija. I feel ashamed because of that, so I am humbly asking for help or advice:
Is there anybody in Japan, who cold and would transcribe this text into IPA signs?
IPA (International Phonetics Association) had launched THE INTERNATIONAL PHONETIC ALPHABET (on http://www.arts.gla.ac.uk/IPA/IPA_chart_(C)2005.pdf)
which has all appropriate signs and symbols for exact phonetic transcript of every human speech, including its articulation, intonation, etc. With such transcript, I will be able to learn how to recite our DOJO-KUN at least similar to proper pronunciation. And of course, I would spread this knowledge among my comrades in our DOJO and in all other (some 50) DOJOs in Slovenija.

So, who can help me? With whom I should try to get in touch? I am prepared to pay some reasonable amount for such help.

If you want to have an "official," so to say, and precise transcription, it would be recommended to rely on help of language specialists.

If you are willing to pay, you could search on the internet for translation agencies in Japan, and see if they can do that for you. Translation agencies normally have translators, proofreaders, and also certain number of other related language specialists.

Or maybe you can contact the "dojo" in Japan who provided you with this "dojo-kun" in the first place, and ask for their help, so that it becomes somehow "authorized."

Dear Mr. AK, thank you very much for a prompt answer. Well, our HOMBU DOJO in Tokyo has many top skilled masters of the Art and of the Way, but none with linguistic knowledge, I'm afraid. I already had sent them my question, but received no answer.
So I would be much obliged, if somebody on this forum could provide mi some names, e-mail addresses or links to experts or institutions in Japan, which might help me.

You left out the "hitotsu" at the beginning of each line :) and in the first line, it is read "tsutomuru," not "tsutomeru." Also for the second line, it is "makoto NO."

I can decipher the transcription you gave, but I believe that the Japanese "u" vowel is not exactly the "u" with the lips rounded and pursed forward, but rather something that is represented by an upside-down "m" sign. I've done a bit of linguistics myself, though not good enough to accurately transcribe the whole thing.

I thought it might be easier if your Honbu Dojo in Tokyo contacted such company in Tokyo to do the transcription for you - it certainly would be
easier in terms of paying the fee (sending money internationally can be cumbersome), and you will get information through your Honbu Dojo, so it adds to the authenticity.
