Does anyone know of a site or anything re the hotel within Kobe Municipal Fruit & Flower Park? Also are there any day or half-day tours for Kobe? How far are the parks, Kitano area and the pasture from each other?

Neaest stations are JR Mita station or Okaba (岡場）station of Kobe Dentetsu. There's free bus service from JR Mita station.
It takes about 1hr from Mita to Shin-Kobe (Kitano).

Sanda三田 station is not Mita 2009/1/11 21:43
The JR station 三田 is called Sanda, not Mita.
You can go to Sanda station or Okaba station from Sannomiya by Hokushin Kyuko (subway Seishin-Yamate line) and Kobe Dentetsu（change a train at Tanigami）. You can't go Sanda三田 by JR from Kobe.
(Sanda is the station of Fukuchiyama line, so-called Takarazuka line.)

Another option for access is to take Shinki bus from Sannomiya. But they say that it operate only on weekend. Their table is on same website above (at the bottom).
