1. Does JR East pass cover the route from Sendai to Hachinohe (Shinkansen Hayate) and then Hachinohe to Hirosaki (Limited Express TSUGARU)?
2. Can I use JR East Pass travelling without paying extra from Shinjuku to Matsumoto (Limited Express Azusa)?
