Getting to the Kawaguchiko 5th station!

My husband and I are planning to hike Fuji the first week of July. We want to begin EARLY in the morning and be done by night. Bus schedules run too late in the morning and too early in the evening to use them. What are some other options if leaving from Kawaguchiko Station! HELP! Thanks!

Thanks, Uji. Looks like we will be renting a car then. Do you think parking at the 5th station at that time will be a problem?
