Suica card train lines? 2009/1/25 13:19
I was wondering if the following train lines around the Kanto region are eligible with the Suica card.

Kamakura
-JR Yokosuka Line
-Enoden Railway

Shibamata
-Keisei Main Line
-Keisei Kanamachi Line

Yokohama/Kawasaki
-Keihin Tohoku Line
-Minato Mirai Line
-Keikyu Daishi Line

Nikko Line

Kawagoe
-Tobu Tojo Express Line

Chuo Line to Nakano and the Yurikamome.

Also, I was wondering if the street (Route 119) from Nikko Station to the shrines is well noted in English or Romaji for walking.

Thanks a lot!

There is only one major road. The risk to get lost is very low. But I don't remember whether there are signs in English. It is quite a long walk. About 2 kilometers or 30 minutes.

Essentially speaking, the Suica card is accepted on 99% of the train lines in the area. The Suica card is also accepted where PASMO cards are accepted (so don't be afraid, if it says PASMO, your SUICA card will work just fine).
