There is no Japanese word like that I must say. Are you sure it's not a misspelled or chopped-off word?
BTW, if it was うなずきん, there seems to be an electronic toy doll (plastic, desk-top type) that nods in response to sounds or speech. I wonder if that fits in at all... :)
