Hi,
I am interested in porcelain. Not in the expensive form, which is hard to asses, but in every day forms. Not in Department stores.
Where can I find it? Are there stores in Tokyo which specialise on it?

Small retailers or supermarkets in residential areas.
If you go to "specialized" one (big shop), they usually handle more expensive ones same or even higher prices than department stores.
