what is the forecast of cherry blooming this year 2009?

There has not been any. The first ones come out in late February.
The temperatures have been far above average in recent weeks. If this continues, the cherry blossoms are likely to open ahead of average schedule this year. But cold weather in March can change everything. Right now, it is too early to say.
