Hello, would you please advice how to make reservation @ restaurant? How to say in japanese? Please advice the sample dialogue.

If they have an email address, I'd email. If not, I'd either ask the hotel staff to do it for me, or go to the restaurant myself and write down the details.
If you want to phone them, you can say "yoyaku onegaishimasu (I want to make a reservation)" and tell them your name, time of arrival to the restaurant, the number of people coming, and your phone number. I hope you can understand what they're saying over the phone.
