Which rail pass to get for my itinerary

Hi there,

Need confirmation / advice on which train/bus passes best to use for our itinerary below! We will be travelling mid march to first week of april.

day 1 - KIX- osaka
day 2 - osaka - maybe day trip to nara
day 3 - osaka -koyasan.
day 4 - koyasan - kyoto
day 5 - kyoto
day 6 - kyoto
day 7 - kyoto - hiroshima - miyajima
day 8 - hiroshima - sensui jima (tomonoura)
day 9 - sensui jima - okayama city
day 10- okayama - osaka
day 11 - osaka - KIX


I think for sure we need the JR West Sanyo Pass for day 7-10.

But confused about day 1-6. Here's where i need confirmation/advice!
Option A:
4 day JR West Kansai pass to cover day 1-4
2 day Kansai Thru Pass to cover day 5-6
= 9,800 yen

Option B:
5 day Kintetsu Pass for day 1-5
Koyasan Free Servic for day 3-4
but does kintetsu pass allow for local city bus use?
= ?? yen

other options??

The JR West Sanyo Pass sounds like a good option for the second half.

For the first half, I recommend to use prepaid cards and possibly day passes for Kyoto buses and Osaka subways. And a Koyasan Servic Ticket or Kansai Through Pass for the side trip to Koyasan.
