English conversation club for Japanese

I'm just wondering if there is a Japanese club in the Vancouver area specializing in English conversation? This would be a good chance to meet different people and practice English speaking. Please let me know where and when...

club house.. but please don't use it as a place to pick up j girls.. it's tough when someone sleazy starts nanpa-ing everyone in there, it makes it hard to keep any friends.

I go to clubhouse now and yes, it is very very annoying going in and seeing guys with the sole intent on meeting japanese girls and not on learning japanese, the culture or anything relating to that sorts.
