can't find address on google maps

this is the address i was given:
X-Y-Z Chuo, Ami, Ibaraki 300-0XXX Japan
i copy and pasted it exactly as is into google maps, but it couldn't be found. please help, and any info about the area would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
