I once went to a small eat-in place run by Brazilians located in the big shopping archade at Osu. Get off at Osu Kannon station. Go way down the archade and it's on your right.

There is a Brazilian store behind the International Center in Nagoya. I have only been there once and that was three years ago. I think that it took about five or ten minutes to walk there. It is across a small river and away (to the left if walking from the IC) from the main road. Sorry I can't be more specific.
