Hi, I want to buy tickets from ticket.co.jp
It seems to be an escrow ticket service for concert tickets in Japan which I can actually use since I live in Japan currently. However, before I actually try to purchase anything, I want to know of any reviews from people who had previous experience with it? Are the sellers reliable? Was the service convenient? Are any any recourse if sellers negate on their ticket sales, etc.
Any information will be helpful. Thanks!

they are reliable I guess, I've been buying tickets from the site (so far 3 times) and I have no problem with them at all.
and you can ask them to reserve the tickets for 3days.
