"anatawa" is the pronoun you.
As for the second part, I'm not sure it means anything. Might it have been something else?

I agree with winterfell.
Anatawa means "you are."
But asa shita? Is is possible you heard differently.
If it was "anatawa ashita" then it means, "You are tomorrow" because ashita means tomorrow. Maybe you were assigned some kind of task for tomorrow. Or your date with him/her is tomorrow.
If it is assatte, then it means day after tomorrow.
or it could possibly mean asa shite. Asa means morning, and shite means do it. So it could mean "you do it in the morning.
Anyway, it's a puzzle. I can't decipher this code.

Mela,
In what context did you hear this phrase?
On second thought, if it is between lovers or to be lovers, it could mean "anata aishite?" which means "please love me?"
It's still a puzzle. I'd really like to know.

anata wa(ha) asa shita.
"You did in the morning." or "you did it in the morning"
shita is past tense for suru.
