The visa game 2009/3/11 23:53
Im currently staying in Japan on a 1year working holiday visa, Im a german citizen, and had no problem obtaining a 1 year working holiday visa, and I want to know if its renewable, and if not how many times can I come to Japan as a tourist with the automatic 90days pass? I have a business in Thailand, but want to spend more time in japan, and going back and forth to Thailand every few months, any help on this would be great thanks

Your working holiday visa is not renewable past one year. There doesn't seem to be any restriction on how many times you can come into Japan in a year on a tourist permit, however they often seem to stick to a limit of 180 days per year on a tourist permit.
