Need Japanese songs for Mother 2009/3/12 15:36
Ifd like to learn a couple of Japanese songs to sing to my mother on her 80th birthday. My mother speaks Japanese, but I donft, so this will be a surprise for her. Ifm looking for Japanese folk songs or popular old songs that are about gloving motherh or ghappy familyh, and easy to sing. Ifd very much appreciate your suggestions, and if you can send the song title, lyric, or website links to the music. Thank you.

"Mirai e" by Kiroro is the only song that I can think of at the moment. It's not really a folk song but pretty famous and at least 10 years old.
