How to make deposit to Hokkaido Bank?

The pension which I want to stay requests money to be deposited into their Hokkaido Bank account before arrival.
Do I have to go into one of Hokkaido Bank's branch to make the deposit? Is there any other convenient way to make the deposit as I am a traveler with no Japanese Bank Account?

...go to any bank with the branch name/number and account number and they will transfer it for you....you'll need to pay for it.
