Would it be cheaper to get Kensei Narita to Ueno for 1000, than getting the nex & Suica Package?
Unless you are going further out to Yokohama, right?
Can an expert confirm this?

Your Nex(Narita airport EXpress) part of the package will be in vain if you use Keisei train to central Tokyo. So buy Suica card only, charge some money on it and catch the Keisei Rapid train to Ueno with it.

Yes it comes out to about 500 yen cheaper if you consider the future costs and useage of a suica/pasmo card.
Btw, Keisei sells Pasmo cards not Suica cards (despite the name difference, both cards are essentially the same for the area).
