How do I say (to credit card company):

"My credit card bill for payment in April didn't arrive. Could you send another, please?"

Some minor corrections to the first sentence:

- Shi-gatsu (shiharai) bun no seikyuu meisai-sho ga todoite imasen.

I've changed the word "seikyuu-sho" (invoice/bill) to "seikyuu meisai-sho" (statement for credit card use, this term is used more often for statements). I've added the word "shiharai" (payment) in case you wanted to emphasize that it is for "April payment," though without this word they will know what you are talking about.

Then corrected "ga" and changed "todoki masen" (does not arrive) to "todoite imasen" (has not arrived).

They will definitely ask you for your credit card number, maybe ask for your full address/birthday for identity check, then send you the statement again, i'd say.
