Hi,
I would like to know if exist any web site or any place where I can find a list of Hokkaido and Honshu Towns and villages in Kanji Alphabet and their corralitve in Latin alphabet.

Sites like the map pages on Yahoo! Japan give out town names in both kanji and hiragana (phonetic Japanese alphabets so to say), but not in romanized writing.

you could try wikipedia. they don`t have a list per se, but using the hyperlinks for the different pages you should be able to find all the towns listed in kanji & romaji
