Translation help

I am trying to help translate a Japanese video game, but this screen is a tough one.

How do you persuade the dissatisfaction of the employee?

1.Improvement of environment of work
(environment = Salary,Rest,etc)

2.Bonus MP (up?)

3.Talks seriously & deeply


「熱」mean is Heat,Hot,

When it is only one , it is read as "Ne Tsu".
But It is read as "A Tsu (ku)" in case of 3.(熱く)


You should understand it in my clumsy English.

The character in that scene also impies "enthusiastic(ally)".

In the no.3 choise, you would try to persuade your boss by your enthusiastic appeal.
How you are valuable to the company or your excellent performance on every single daily basis blah blah blah...
