I will be going to Hakone mid May. What is the temperature like over there at that time?
Also what's the average temperature for Tokyo/Osaka/Fukuoka?

The temperatures in Hakone are almost the same as Tokyo in the lower elevations, and a few degrees cooler in the higher elevations.
