Can anyone explain the usage difference (if any) between these words for ‘we’?

"Wareware" is a bit more mannish and stiff-mannered, while "watashitachi" is more ordinary. But either can be used in most occasions. That's my opinion.
Btw, I remember a long time ago when this website still had a "Discussion Forum," there was a long and stupid debate on the difference between wareware and watashitachi:)
