Is there a delivery service at the Osaka that will deliver a bag to a Tokyo hotel? If so, other than ensuring that the Tokyo hotel will accept the delivery are there any prior arrangements I need to make with the service?

This is a frequently asked question. Do a Search above this posting and search Yamato Luggage Delivery. View the January 15, 2008 posting for your answer.
At Kansai Airport, exit the Baggage Claim Area and turn left to the end of the Arrival Hall and you'll see the Delivery Service Counters.
