Summer 09, where is good Hip-Hop scene?

Good day, I'm heading to Tokyo for a study abroad this summer, and want to definately check out the hip-hop scene in the city. I like southern hip-hop, Outkast and Little Brother, but got love for West Coast and Old Skool, any places to hear some good tunes and find friendly ladies?

Harlem at Shibuya is pretty good for hip hop / rnb clubbing. If you print out a flyer online or get one from records stores, it's 1000yen entrance (with 1 drink) before 12am. After that, or without a flyer, I think its 3000yen.
